Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Bed Quarter, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve crafted our return and exchange policy to ensure convenience, transparency, and exceptional service in accordance with local regulations.

 

Order Cancellation & Delivery Scheduling

  • You may cancel your order before delivery configuration. However, if an invoice is canceled after being confirmed and a delivery date has been scheduled by the customer, a 25 BHD delivery fee will be deducted.

Returns & Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery, provided they are completely clean, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or seasonal offers are strictly excluded from returns and exchanges.
  • Refund Processing: Cash refunds or direct card reversals are not available. All refunds are processed exclusively via corporate check or bank transfer to the customer’s account, taking between 14 to 30 working days.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is completely clean, in good condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • If a product exhibits a verified manufacturing defect during its warranty period, it may be exchanged within a maximum period of 48 hours from delivery.

Product Exclusions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are completely exempt from our Return & Exchange Policy: Duvet covers, all types of pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, upper layers/toppers of the mattress, prayer mats, perfumes, and all accessories.
  • Electronic devices, wooden furniture, and beds cannot be returned or exchanged once installation is complete, unless a manufacturing defect is verified. Uninstalled items still in their original packaging may be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty Terms

  • All products are subject to warranty in accordance with the specific terms of their respective brand, provided the claim is made for the same brand and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The warranty strictly does not cover misuse, including but not limited to: breakage, cuts, liquid spillage, outer fabric damage, or base damage.
  • Mattress Provisions: Physical degradation or sagging must reach a minimum depth of 1 inch to qualify for a claim. The warranty explicitly does not cover mattress softness preferences.
  • A consumption value deduction will be calculated and applied to the final value of the product based on its duration of use.

Invoice Booking & Reservations

  • A reservation invoice may be issued with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total value. The remaining balance must be paid strictly within 15 days.
  • Customers maintain the right to exchange or cancel reservations for undelivered products within a maximum period of 15 days from the booking date (excluding special orders and sale/seasonal items, which are entirely non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
  • Purchased or reserved invoices can be held/booked in our facilities for a maximum of 45 days from the date of purchase. Following this period, an estimated 5% fee of the total invoice value will be calculated and charged for each month of delay.

Massage Chair Services

  • Delivery and installation for massage chairs are complimentary for the initial setup, exchanges, or relocation to a new residence. Customers will be informed in advance of any subsequent or unrelated service fees.
