1. Order Placement & Verification Process

To ensure total accuracy, we do not process direct payments on our website during checkout. Once you place an order online, our dedicated team will contact you during the same or next working hours to verify:

• Your exact delivery address in Bahrain.
• Your preferred method of payment.
• Your final order confirmation.

2. Flexible Payment Options

All transactions are handled securely offline or at your doorstep through three convenient methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Complete your purchase by paying cash directly to our delivery team when your items arrive.
• Credit/Debit Card via Mobile POS (Pre-Delivery Settlement): We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For security purposes, our representative will first visit your location with a mobile POS machine to process your card. Once bank confirmation and settlement are finalized (typically up to 48 hours), your order will be shipped the following day.
• BenefitPay: Simplify your experience with Bahrain’s premier cashless solution. You can quickly and safely transfer your payment electronically directly through the BenefitPay app on your smartphone during our coordination process.

3. Delivery Fees & Thresholds

• Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery and professional setup across Bahrain for all orders totaling 150 BHD or more.
• Standard Delivery: For orders under 150 BHD, a standard delivery fee of 5 BHD will be applied.

We proudly deliver to all major regions and governorates across the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Manama, Riffa, Saar, Muharraq, Hidd, Janabiya, Amwaj, and Adliya.

5. What to Expect During Delivery

• Complimentary Installation: Professional assembly and setup are completely free for all initial mattress and massage chair deliveries to ensure your new system is ready for immediate use.
• Safe Handling: Your premium products are transported with specialized care from our local warehouse directly into your room of choice.

6. Important Notes

• Order Cancellation Fee: Please note that if an order is canceled after it has been confirmed and a delivery date has been scheduled by the customer, a 25 BHD service fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
