Once beds, wooden furniture, or massage chairs are professionally installed, they are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is verified within 48 hours. Please note that canceling an order after a delivery date is scheduled will incur a 25 BHD fee. What warranty is provided for TEMPUR, Ogawa, and La-Z-Boy products purchased from Bed Quarter?

All products come with a warranty according to the respective brand’s terms, covering manufacturing defects. TEMPUR mattresses typically have a 10-year warranty, TEMPUR pillows a 3-year warranty. Ogawa & Cozzia massage chairs typically have a 2-year warranty. An original invoice is required for claims. Misuse (stains, breakage) voids the warranty. Mattress sagging must exceed 1 inch for claims.

Firmness is subjective. TEMPUR offers soft, medium, and firm options suitable for different sleep positions. Eclipse provides a range from medium to firm.
